Fall's new beginning

Cloudy skies fill the light blue skies as Fall approaches us. The misty chill is felt on the tip of your nose to make its presence known. As Mother Nature undergoes a cycle of change and renewals so do we. The light pink and yellow rays cut through the cloudy skies to remind us of all the new opportunities that lie ahead presently hidden, but within reach.

This marks a new beginning. It is the end of yet another chapter so we can make way for new energy, new forms of happiness, and adventures (yes!). Be in the present moment to fully embrace the world opening up and creating space for what is to come.

Angel in the Mirror

Beautiful angel that always knows what to say, how to react, how to be, and most importantly, without judgment. The wonderful sense of comfort and love that is always felt, but yet, never ever seen.  Something that is within, with a voice and bright light... youuuuu...

Rain drops

The mind flows in mysterious ways. Often times, it moves you towards the the most happiness moments of your life, as well as feed into your utmost fears and apprehension. But with the same energy that goes into the unhappy moments, there is that same energy that can immediately converted into something that is more healing and closer to who you are. The gap between questions and answers hover over us as a rain cloud. With each rain drop, it makes way for something more fluid and more concrete. In time, things finds its own path.

All we can do is live a life full of meaning and know that we were all on this earth to do incredible things... so do them. Even when life gets you down, remember there is more out there that is seen by the eyes that are currently wide shut.  We all have tests we need to overcome and at the end of each process, a strong foundation is built whereby rain drops could only fall upon, instead of push over. Live with love and compassion.... especially for yourself....

A Message from the Dalai Lama

Freedom of Being

Dance to your own beat. The world moves at the beat of your heart, and you watch it magically transform to a fine symphony.  Let the notes rolls off the bars and chart so it have the ability to carve its own path.  Let’s the juice of creativity flow to each melody and hang on to each note. Notice and focused on only living the present moment.   Untangle those things that have no value to you.  As things flow, notice those elements that you hang onto and cut those ties that can’t help you be where you are supposed to be.  You are supposed to have a life full of joy and abundance.  You can’t change things of the past, but you can do things in the present moment to change the past.  But, then again, there are things that were meant to happen in order for us to evolve.

Pure Life

Living a life for its essence, simplicity, and beauty wrapped with the appreciation is living a truly pure life. It’s the mountain of honesty you face with yourself in the mirror each morning, the path you walk to reach your highest points, and the raw emotions you have that make life what it is.  Be real, be you. Think from your mind, but speak from the heart. Either way, you are being your true self and with love that is abundantly flowing into your body in various directions, the energy you feel will heal all those things you must accept, understand and overcome. With innocence and honesty comes purity and compassion.

What is, is

You tended to live your life in the most beautiful and miraculous way. Enable for to happen, within you.  We all have an important part to play in this world.  Find your way and know that with every moment you spend reaching your dreams, you are one step closer to becoming who you really are.  As with everything, take your time, have patience and persevere. 

Follow your heart, as it always knows the answer.  Sometimes, there will be moments of great adversity that will draw you from a path you thought was meant for you, don’t resist. Remember, things change. Just as you change and evolve.  So as your perspective, attitude, and desires change, there will be moments where you must shred and remove those things that are no longer working for you, and rebuilt with the things that will. Life is comprised of cycles and not everything were there, will always be there. It could be hard to let go of the things you have lived with and found great comfort in, but to grow, change happens naturally and often times, suddenly. There are just some things that weren't meant to be. You allow life to take its course. The only way to do that is to let things be. What will be, will be. What is, is.

Groundedness

To be aligned with who you really are, just simply breath and enjoy what is in front of you. You open the doors to allow the flow of positive source energy to surround your senses. You breath in fresh positive energy and exhale all the troubles of today so you can recenter yourself. Be grounded.  Be where you are suppose to be. All of you, not parts of you.  With focus, your energy will pull together and give you the strength you have always had, but left behind throughout the day. Call back your energy. Be whole.

Allowing nature to take it's course as well as enable yourself to truly continue the path to a meaningful life. Our life was deliberately spoken. Yes, every aspect of it.  Thus, we must chose carefully and work on the things we want. Cherish the things that serve you well. Appreciate the gifts in life that are given to you. Give back to those who have helped you along the way and keep breathing....

Epiphany

It’s the moment when the building blocks on this world comes together to create the very essence of who you are.  It’s the time of which all those questions you once had were answer.  It is when things come together by whichever means it did and a sense of renewal connects you to the very earth you came from.  With that connection, everything aligns to bring you much closer to your true inner self.  

In times, this blank canvas that we paint each day becomes more real, vivid and true.  Thus, always follow your heart as your own guides know which path is best.  Through the leadership of your own life, explore the world that is before you and bring in new energy that will refresh your outlook, perspective and the very essence of your being.  Connecting the dots becomes more real when you look back of all the things that happened, embrace your very being and achieve the epiphany that brings it all together… Be dream big, keep strong and live the most passionate life possible!

Live and Learn!

With one foot on a bike pedal and hands on the handle bars, off you go through a forest full of trees and obstacle. With each turn, exposed rock and tree branches catches your eye. With agility and balance, you trust your intuition to keep moving forward.  Being highly aware of your surrounding as one false move could take you off your path to a 100 feet drop. You are focused.  The only way out is on the other side.  

Whether you’re on a mountain bike ride or cruising in life, be aware of all that is around you.  Most of the time in life, you can only see about 100 feet in front of you.  That’s really as far as we can see, but what you do know is yourself. You know your own ability and the things you are capable of.  You understand what you’re made of so you continue moving forward. Even with puddles of water or tree trunks in the middle of the road, you find the way around these objects and find your destination.  The satisfaction one gets out of life is through the completion of something they have set their mind to accomplishing.  Regardless of the road ahead, you create your own path and you make the determination to win or not. You chose your own destiny… Climb whichever mountain you desire!  Live and learn!

Brighter than the sun

Your life is every moment of your life.  It is in the present moment in the things we do, is the very thing that brings about purpose and meaning. It reveals the depths of our soul, love and compassion in our hearts, and integrity of our values.  Feel the brightness of the sun in the core of your inner being.  (I was told it was called your inner unicorn… hehehe).  Feel grounded and aligned with the world around you, and as you do, you open up the light that needs to shine and open the doors of clarity to your own mind.

Cheers to New Beginnings

A letter to my company: 

Dear BA,

Thank you for all that you have done for me the last 5 years of my life. I have grown... You gave me wings when I couldn't fly, presented challenges I never knew I could overcome, showed me the person I could become, and what was important in my life. You gave me a family when mine was far away and set me on a path of personal achievement and growth no one has ever given to me before.  With many ups and downs, my inner strength was challenged so who I'm supposed to be truly came through. For that, I thank you for the life lessons you presented to me because without all those experiences, I would not be the person I am today.

Regardless of the unknown ahead, we kept moving forward. You taught me that in times, things will be where you want them to be. That things aligned themselves when they were supposed to. Like a river that flows, with rapid and slow movements based on the conditions ahead, one comes out in the end stronger, with more strength and much more gratitude.

You taught me tenacity, the power of persistence, hard work and leadership through the most strained circumstances. In adversity, we stuck together to find what was important to all of us, which was the successful of not only for what we were trying to build, but how we built it. With integrity and dignity, we continued on this path towards our common goal, which was to make BA successful. 

This marks the completion of a cycle and I have much more appreciation today than ever... In the midst of adversity, we prevailed. With very little, we pushed through and continued on our commitment to each other. Even though, there were times I would lose my way, there was a part of me that knew I should continue the commitment I made to myself that finally came true on 9/7/11. I made it, we made it.

Although, the name Bluearc no longer exist, you will remain with me as a big part of my life because you were for such a long time.  No matter what happens as we are now changed forever, your memories will continue to remain with me. Foundations have been set, impressions have been made, life lessons were learned, and onward we travel to the unknown... with much more experience and heart as we embark on a new journey... a new chapter... a new company.... a new beginning...

Orderly Chaos

A step forward, two steps back...As we continue this journey we call life, there are many steps we take to truly find our true self.  Understand that as the universe takes it's course and magically align things the way they are, we are to not only adapt, but change in the way it was meant for us to be.



Everything happens for a reason. Maybe it's clique to say that, but as you connect the dots looking back, there are patterns and orderly chaos to things. Too many coincidences needed to occur in order for things to fall into place and if you notice, the important aspects of our lives that came together happened when we weren't looking. Things happen to present themselves in the way they did, so we can make changes in our own lives to adjust to those things that are necessary. Although, change is a very hard concept to grasp and also, not always something we want, it's needed. Growth helps you evolve to the beautiful being you are, it is the very important component for you to establish and reaffirm those truths you hold in your heart. Without adversity, there lacks confirmation and affirmation for the choices you have made and the person that you are. It is time of hardship that become one's most defining moments.

Home

Home is where everything belongs and unconditional love is at the steps of the door.  A space and energy speaks your name in some way, in it's own way, and you know there isn't another place you want to be except for being home. Its a place you have dreamed of, have created in your heart a very long time ago.

It is where you come to recenter, to find peace and find your way.  Believe that things happen for a reason and however which way you decide to move, things will lead you to where you are suppose to be.  In that, you will always be home as it is within you.  A home or a place you are is only a mirror image of what is in your heart and what it holds. So, continue to create a home in the outer world in the mirror image of what is within you. Because your home is always there... it's within you.

Change the World

On one fine day, the sun peeks through the clear blue skies to shine it's radiate light onto the earth that is still asleep. As the sun continues to move towards the sky, each living thing feel its warmth and starts to rise. The sun will shine its morning light to the perfect sky and the day will be yours and mine. A sea of peace fills our hearts with each breath of air.... So breathe....

With so much in our hands and within our reach, continue striving for a better tomorrow for not only yourself, but those around you and the world. Every part you play in making the world a better places brings forth positive and powerful energy that will only bring about wonderful, amazing things. As we continue to foster the world, we create the world we want to see. So dream often, laugh a lot and sing the song that flows in your heart!  Be a part of something GREAT!

Gifts

Like the fog that rolls into a coastal city, like the sun that rises each morning, like the smiling face of a baby, things will be as it may. let things fall at their own will. The frustration or emptiness that one feels is the gap between where they want to be and where they are now. With some much focus with what is lacking, the beauty of what is fades in the darkness. It falls in the background of what could be and what will be.

Focus on the present moment and what surrounds you. Enjoying the ride is the key as predicting the future, change the past, or fighting with your own demons is just resisting the way things are. Find the strength within, the space where you are the most connect to your heart and give that more of your focus and time.  Everything is noise to what is. 

The universe is constantly showering you with gifts. Open your eyes to receive what you deserve. More importantly, open your heart to the good things to come... Shine from the inside out!

Cycles

We all go through cycles in our lifetime. There is a process to things and with each year that passes, one aspect of our life is highlighted without much thought or control from the things we do. 

The universe works its magic and things come together based on our own imagination and dreams. With triumph, there is adversity. Without one or the other, our appreciation becomes easily lost of the midst of chaos. Focus on what makes your life one that is worth living.  This age old question has many different answers as we all want different things and this world has an abundance that enables each of us the ability to obtain by simply just asking. Thoughts become things. From one simple pure thought, it drives our very essence that is a catalyst for action; that is our emotion.  

Do what feels good and right. At the end of the day, you answer to your own self and the integrity of your actions is what governs your own successes and failures. Be the very happy being that you were intended to be.
