Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving! I've been waiting for the right words to commemorate this special day we call "Thanksgiving".  

All I can say is thank you for this beautiful physical experience we call life and strong connections we create as humans on this earth, striving for purpose and meaning. I appreciate the genuine warmth of my loved one's smiles, the words that come from their hearts, and happiness conveyed in their laughter. I am grateful for the sincerity of their intentions, authenticity of who they are, and courage to share this to the world is not only an inspiration to me, but also, to others. I am blessed I have so many wonderful people in my life who are my teachers, mentors, and friends. This realization comes from understanding the true meaning of love and compassion, which has been a lifelong journey for me. But, I owe greatly to my parents and family who have given me a solid foundation to stand upon and something to grasp onto. For that, I am forever grateful…

Our interconnections create a web of light and love, encompassing all that is around us to beautifully create this magical world we live within ourselves. Thus, sharing to the world the very essence of our inner true nature. Thank you for the blessed life I have the privilege of living, unwavering love of all the hearts that touched mine, and the sense of peace that embodies my soul, every waking moment.

Today, I give thanks to peace, love, and life.

Life masks life situation in circumstances to alter, break down and to rebuild the person you are to become. Each lesson learned becomes a part of you and the very essence of what is now your path. On these journeys are a whirlwind of people, situations and series of test each decision affirms and confirms your destiny and the life you want for yourself. The World and One's True Self

External surroundings of change bring forth the seed of truth and realization of oneself. For one's own capabilities and true self is a mirror of what lies in the mind and heart. All that is, is. What will be, will be. Similar as the flowers that bloom every spring or the tiny dew drop that condenses in a winter's frost, there lies a moment of innocense before life can truly begin. Life is a complex web of energy. The mind often influenced by the song of our overwhelming emotion keeps us from functioning at where we should be. Intensity of Life

As the universe unfolds, it shows us the path in which we are to embark upon and how to soothe what is needed for our soul to continue moving forward. The intensity of life is proof that our life is one that is worth living. The brisk cold chill that races throughout our body makes its presence known to remind us we are alive.  It's as though we are truly living for the first time. The heart will take each breath in and out to truly experience all that is, regardless of the whether our inner voice is strong or faint. In memory of Anthony "Captain Sunshine" Primavera.

In memory of Anthony "Captain Sunshine" Primavera. Today, I celebrated the life of a man I truly respected on so many levels. He was my VP, mentor and adopted dad. Words can't even begin to express how much he has shaped my life so I can be where I am today. 

Tony, I recall your voice on the phone when I accepted my position at BlueArc. "Morning! This is Captain speaking. Welcome aboard. I'm happy to hear you will be joining our team. This is going to be an exciting adventure. Hope you're ready! " Oh, Captain sunshine you weren't kidding about the amazing journey I would have with the BlueArc family. 

You lived with conviction and commanded a life that upheld the highest degree of integrity and truth. You touched so many lives with your determination and "die hard" philosophy. You taught and pointed out to me the realities of life. But, you made me a believer! You made me live and breathe these very words, "Make the impossible, possible". You have forever changed me and through these words, you will always be with me because it is at the core of who I am. 

You always pushed and gave me challenging projects with full trust. (why you did that, I have no idea) You weren't kidding about building things from the ground up. You believed in me and gave me the tools to really build the business. I thank you with every inch of my little meeh because you really shape my life with your words of support and guidance you spoke. You made me want to be a better person by just being in your very presence. 

You taught me so much that words could never even express. No matter how your sickness affected you everyday, you never spoke about it with me. You would always, always ask how I was doing. You always worried about my happiness first and would advise me about my current situation. Why? Because that was the person you were. Your words held such a different meaning because they were real. It was always from the very essence of who you were. 

I want to be a teacher like you and do my best to be the inspiring leader you were. You led by example... to have determination and passion in one's life. You showed me that obstacles only lives in one's mind. You have taught me about how to build a fantastic company, but so much more about the person I wanted to be. 

I will always celebrate the legend you left behind. I know you came into my life to help me. I will continue to make you proud everyday of my life because you have instilled values I will always hold with me. I never would have thought a job would be the pathway of self-discovery and the solid foundation of my career. 

My parents would always say how lucky and blessed I was to have a boss who care about my success. They were proud of me because of you. It was the opportunity you gave me to grow into the person I am today. You do so much! I will always be grateful I had an angel like you in my life. You have touched so many lives...Funny, my dad's american name is Tony. 

So, to my italian dad (to his kids, please... only for a min) who was in my life too short, but gave me so much, I will miss you. I will remember to stay goofy, be loving, patient, laugh.. most importantly, work hard but don't burn out. I will continue living my exciting adventure called life. I have been so blessed. 

Even in memory, know that you will continue to shine and light the whole world with all that you are. I love you. I'll be missing you. 

Pushing aside the storm

Take the time to care for your inner peace as the gray clouds come bringing drops of rainfall, remind us things are in constant motion. The changes in our environment is not who determines who we are as people. The outside world or environment is located around the parameter of our spirit and energy.  Looking deep inside, you led with courage, love and compassion to see things through. Your thoughts have the power to push away the clouds, the rain, and the storm that you see above your head. Even if you may feel the wetness of the raindrops, it can never penetrate the very essence of who you are...

New beginnings

As one door closes, another door opens bringing new energy that creates a different world for you to embark upon. Each day, you are tested on your ability to uphold the very essence that makes you, you.  There is a lot to bear in the world of uncertainty and change, but it's necessary at times for growth thats much needed for a well-rounded life.  Come back to yourself so you can find the very meaning and purpose of who are you. We are all on a journey and the life lessons we are to learn are invaluable. We have the ability to create our world in our hearts and mind so make your wish and paint the world how you see it. Dreams are, not only dreams, when the vision that you have in your heart makes it real.

Peace of the Mind within the Heart

In quieting the mind, the heart starts to tell a story about love and lost. With each victory or triumph, there were defeats. Remove all the noise and see things for what they are by connecting the dots. One sets themselves on this path for one reason or another, but irregardless of the journey ahead, stay strong and follow your dreams to places you have find comfort in. We are drawn to those things that make the most sense to our hearts and mind. Thus, peace of mind is truly living with what is really worthwhile.... most things are impermanent...

Silence

In silence, you can beginning to listen to all that is. The wind blows with stronger conviction. The sun laughs and smiles in the most miraculous ways. The song and melody of the story of your life start to unfold to reveal all of its importance. It waters the soul to bring about new life and cleanse the new path you are to carve with your thoughts. Silence is internal healing...

What is Love

Love leaves each beat pumped with a purpose and meaning. Love is the admittance of your own failure because you don't care about your own ego and pride as you are hurting the ones you love. Love fuels one's drive, tenacity and resilience to uphold principles and integrity that align them to who they truly are. Love is having compassion and deep understanding of the ways of the universe. Love is forgiving and healing. Love is, also, loving yourself.... so that you have enough love to give to others..selfless...  Inspire, live and love inside, out.

Rain Drops

Rain fall blankets my beautiful city as winter decides to make its presence known. Stay dry...

Open up your heart to everything that is and will be. The essence of life is to letting the rain fall, drop by drop, through your soul so you can feel all that is to endure in that specific life situation. With each moment and with each step, the world will start to make more sense. It pieces itself together so you can find who you are, what you're not, what you can be, and all that you are. Mindful Thinking

All the focus and energy one gives out to the universe will find its way back to you. All you do, the choices you make creates your reality. With mindfulness of the present moment, your purpose becomes more clear and definite. As in most things, time reveals and unfolds the inevitable. That which is needed for continued growth and new beginnings. Internal struggle ensures the discipline that is needed for strength to embark on the next journey. Everything happens for a reason. Things end in order to make way for a beginning such as uncertainty makes way for clarity. What is, will be. Above all, things of beauty will always remain.  

Waiting for the Sun

Outside noise clouds the mind in revealing your path and the truth of your soul. It could be loud as all the worries of the world gets thrown to brace your fall and that is not what is intended. Our experiences are the ones we allow into our world and space. We don't need to experience all that is wrong and negative to get us to where we should be. The Story I heard

 Connections to this world is from within and if you speak the language of love, your personal purpose will always be revealed in some way.  As things open itself up, the beauty that was will always be. It's your mindfulness of all that is will help you through the journey we all need to embark upon. Everyone is different and have their own way of doing things. With the colors of the rainbow at our fingertips, it's how you want your world to be painted and dealt with. Our connections are defining as it links us to all that is and what could be. Each moment brings us one step closer to our purpose, but we have to walk through the door. It's not about how the story ends, but the experiences that brought you to where you are today.  Bring forth we could be... with every ending, there is a new beginning...

Never Be Daunted

 Attitude is everything and your perspective of things determine where you will go. With some many paths to take, the one with the least amount of resistance isn't always the best. We are all here for overcome and work through these challenges. With all things, time will heal and create the opportunities you need to reach. Don't ever be daunted with what you see, because all great things aren't always easily captured and at one's naked eye... This is a process. Be patient... Always have the bigger picture in mind...
