What a beautiful mess this is… The imperfections of this world are exactly how it’s supposed to be as its beyond our realm of control. With our eyes wide shut, we only see the images and obtain information from what our own mind provides. Thus, our thinking and perception has a mist of subjectivity. Through the discipline of quieting our minds, we have the opportunity to see the world for what it is.
With eyes wide open, things become brighter and often times, overwhelming. There will be moments where we are drawn and return to our shadows… as they are the things we have always known. Since we have lived in that world for so long, it’s only naturally to see the shadows and find comfort in it. Through acceptance, we find the piece of innocence within us that opens our hearts to continue our journey to find truth.
It is definitely one fine, clear day…. When we are ready to see through our eyes….
